Designs Details
- Share the physical sample, reference images, sketches, drawings, or complete tech pack you want to develop.
- We review the design format, product category, fabric direction, trims, and production expectations before starting.
- Brand teams can also send FAQs or project notes so communication stays clear from the first step.

Prices Estimation
- We estimate pricing from the design information, fabric needs, construction details, and target quantity.
- Estimated pricing is used for early planning; final production pricing is confirmed after samples are developed.
- Typical estimation window is 2-3 working days before moving into sampling approval.

Samples Development
- We source suitable fabrics and trims for approval before making the sample.
- Samples are made according to the selected fabric, design details, and requested construction.
- Photos are shared for review before dispatch, and optional fabric choices can be sent together with the sample.
- Typical sample lead time is 10-15 working days, with improvement samples arranged when needed.

Bulk Order Production
- Bulk production starts after the order is placed and the sample is approved.
- A deposit, pre-production sample, TOP sample, labels, packing trims, and final order details are confirmed before production.
- Production lead time is advised before ordering and commonly ranges from 20-45 working days.

Shipments
- Shipment is arranged after production, final inspection, packing, and carton preparation are complete.
- We can work with your forwarder or coordinate shipment by sea, air, or courier.
- Common trade terms include EXW, FOB, and DDP, with aftersale communication after delivery.
